📦 Refund & Return Policy
🔁 Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be intact
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Worn or used products
- Items without tags
- Innerwear / clearance sale items
- Customized or altered products
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
- Amount will be credited to:
- Original payment method OR
- Store credits (based on customer preference)
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customer must bear return shipping charges (unless product is damaged or wrong item)
- We recommend using a trackable courier service
⚠️ Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos / videos
- We will arrange free replacement or full refund
🔄 Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for size issues (subject to availability)
- Exchange request must be raised within 7 days
