📦 Refund & Return Policy
🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

❌ Non-Returnable Items
  • Worn or used products
  • Items without tags
  • Innerwear / clearance sale items
  • Customized or altered products

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
  • Amount will be credited to:
    • Original payment method OR
    • Store credits (based on customer preference)

🚚 Return Shipping
  • Customer must bear return shipping charges (unless product is damaged or wrong item)
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service

⚠️ Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos / videos
  • We will arrange free replacement or full refund

🔄 Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are allowed for size issues (subject to availability)
  • Exchange request must be raised within 7 days
